In blender, combine lowfat milk, bananas, pineapple and kale.
Blend for 3 minutes and scrape down the edge to make sure that everything is incorporated.
Add more milk if too thick. Serve and enjoy!
Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 8-10 hours.
